Mandeep holds both a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Mandeep has over 15 years of experience directly working within the policing world and was the first physiotherapist to work within a department in Canada. He has extensive experience administrating and training candidates for the POPAT and COPAT as well as specialty squad courses such as ERT.
A life-longer learner, Mandeep continues to take professional development courses to provide the most evidenced based treatment to his clients. He is certified to practice both IMS (Chann Gunn IMS) and acupuncture (Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute). Mandeep also incorporates the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) into his assessment and treatment approach.
Mandeep has a special interest in sports injuries and has treated everyone from weekend warriors to professional athletes. He served as the team Physiotherapist for the New Westminster Salmonbellies Senior Lacrosse Team from 2015-2019 and was part of the medical team for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
In his down time, Mandeep enjoys all things sports related, especially complaining about his fantasy football team. He also enjoys being walked by his dog, Luna, around local trails and parks.
Razzel is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Pacific Coast College of Massage Therapy (PCCMT) in Yaletown, Vancouver. Her educational background also includes studies in Nursing at Vancouver Community College and Law Enforcement at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
With a strong foundation in healthcare and public service, she brings a well-rounded, compassionate, and client-centered approach to massage therapy. Her passion lies in helping individuals regain function and ease through therapeutic touch, with a focus on addressing the root causes of discomfort and supporting long-term wellness.
Her training at PCCMT provided hands-on experience in treating a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, postural imbalances, and stress-related tension. She is skilled in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue techniques. She delivers personalized, evidence-informed treatments designed to meet each client’s individual needs, whether for rehabilitation, maintenance, or relaxation.
Outside of her practice, Razzel enjoys staying active through Pilates, spending time outdoors with her son, and practicing Muay Thai for over eight years.
